Howdy! We are Jason & Christina Layh with the Bear Creek Realty Group based here in New Braunfels, TX, the heart of Central Texas Hill Country. We would love to help you find your next home and the start of your newest adventure!

We fell in love with New Braunfels and moved here over a decade ago to settle down and raise our three boys. Jason managed a major equipment company for 14 years and Christina recently purchased the local Baskin Robbins located at Walnut and I35. 

Christina has been licensed since 2006 and worked in a variety of real estate avenues, including resale, new construction and property management. Christina took a couple of years to start a family and then opened an HD ultrasound studio and operated that for 4 years. 

We’ve made several personal real estate investments along the way and look forward to sharing our wealth of knowledge with you at any phase of your journey.
